Sunday was filled with more sightseeing. After a quick trip to a government run jade factory - we had a quick bite to eat at a government run restaraunt and "friendship" (government run gift) store, then headed to the Great Wall. Thankfully the wall excursion as in the afternoon as it was pretty chilly this morning. The kids had a blast climbing the steep steps to the various towers and turrets along this small section of the approx. 4000 mile long wall. The day was completed with a trip to Chinese Acrobatic Theater - amazing feats performed by kids from ages 8-16. We obviously need to sign our kids up for more gymnastics classes when we return to PA! Tomorrow, we board a plane in the morning to meet Tenley!
